We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchases. To process your return, please print out this page and include the
following information.

Refunds: If
you choose a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card, less any
shipping costs originally incurred, and should appear on your billing statement
in a timely manner.
Unused
Items
You may return unused (not worn) and unwashed items for refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please understand that certain items are one-time offerings and we
might be unable to replace the exact item you purchased. If this is the case,
we will work with you to select a suitable alternative or refund your purchase
price.
Defective
Items
You may return defective items for refund or replacement at any time. Again,
please understand that certain items are one-time offerings so replacement of
the exact item may not be possible. If this is the case, we will work with you
to select a suitable alternative or refund your purchase price.

operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. If you want to
